In the event that you already have travel cover you will need to supply us details of your policy number and the name of your company insurer. Partial credit card cover is not a proper travel policy and therefore cannot be accepted.

E111 Form ended December 31st 2005

The E111 Form, which provides British Citizens with free or reduced-cost medical treatment within the European Union, was only valid until December 31st 2005. After that, it will be replaced by the European Health Insurance Card (EHIC). A plastic card valid for between 3 and 5 years, it works much in the same way as the E111. You can get one by ticking a box on your existing E111 or filling in a form available online here. Each family member will need his or her own card.
