"Hi Toby, This time you all have exceeded our expectations. The 4* Silver Hotel in Salou is a superb Hotel, very freindly and helpful staff, food exellent, situated superbly in easy walking distance into Salou or to take the train to Barcelona etc. We decided to have the transport provided this time and this was to be a great success on time each time and very comfortable.
What more can we say about the two golf courses Bonmont and Aigverderds they just get better the Bonmont must be one of the best in Spain always immaculate. This holiday has superceded any previously taken and brilliantly organised by your goodselves, some of our group were first timers said this was all we had said about it and more. Many Thanks!" |

| Stuart Thompson - 9th Oct 2006 |
"Good Morning Jackie, Just to let you know what a great time the 12 Ganstead Party had once again. 4* Silver Hotel in Salou, service was superb, food excellent, transfers from airport and to all the golf courses was also excellent.
Other guests in the hotel who played golf in the Costa Dorada were impressed with the deal so I passed your name on, 2 members of our party were from down South and said it was the best golfing holiday they have been on.
I will be getting in touch for next year this is my last year as the organiser I have done it for the last 8 years and its time to call it a day but I have handed all info to a Mr Ray Horman who no doubt would like to go Turkey next year so you will have to come up with a good deal.
So once again I would like to personally thank you and Toby and take care for the rest of the year and next regards." |

| Brian Murray - 29th Sept 2006 |
"Dear Jackie & Toby, Just back from our golf holiday in the Algarve, Portugal and thought that I would drop
you a note to say thanks for yet another superb holiday. From the minute we
arrived all of our transfers were spot on time with the addition of very
friendly staff who not only advised us about the golf but directed us to
some of the best places to eat and drink in town. The hotel in Vilamoura was also
excellent and well placed for the beach and town.
We have already started saving for our next holiday and will definately be
in touch with you when this comes around. Thank you all once again for
making this a memorable holiday. Best regards, Brian." |

| "Just to let
you know we had a lovely holiday at the Villa
in L'Estartit, the golf
courses were excellent and the staff very helpful. The location
was excellent and we enjoyed the peace and quiet. The car rental from
Europcar
was very good as were your maps. Thanks again for your help." |

Steve Whatson,
Director for Infomatrix Limited - 5th June 2006 |
"After some investigation I spoke to UKSG who were very helpful and suggested the area around Salou. After getting commitments from the rest of the group; 9 flights from Stansted to Reus were booked directly with Ryanair, along with 3 rounds of golf for 8 players and the hotel through UKSG.
Everything went very smoothly and we landed on the Thursday evening at Reus, after a 10 minute coach ride we were dropped off at the 4* Silver Hotel in Salou. The next day after a solid buffet breakfast at the hotel, 8 of us departed for Costa Dorada Golf Club leaving 1 behind to arrange the evening’s social events. Without doubt a great trip, all the courses were in excellent condition, the hotel was good, and the nightlife in Salou was great. The only question is where will we go next year?" |

Hi
Toby, just thought you would like to know that a group of other
Ganstead Golfers have recently been to Salou and
played Bonmont
and Aiguesverds
courses and after we had recommended USKG and the
service. I spoke to them yesterday for the first time since their
return home they were ecstatic about the whole organisation. The
Ganstead Original Twelve are going again on the 1st October
for the third time we just love the Bonmont
and the area!
Yours in Golf,
Malcolm Lucas & Stuart Thompson |

"Hi
Jackie, I just wanted to drop you a quick line to thank you for
arranging such a good trip. The Gualta
course and Jane's instruction were both superb and sited in such
a lovely area. Thanks again - the trip was fun (I just need to go
out and buy clubs and shoes now so I can practice!).
Kind regards, Heather"

enjoyed our stay in Catalunya and the golf
at PGA as well as the PGA
hotel. I will contact you next time I will travel. Be sure.

"Dear
Toby,
We've just returned from a 6-day break at Fornells
with 6 hours of beginners tuition at Gualta.
You asked for feedback so here it is. We have nothing but good comments
- the organisation was perfect, no problems with car hire, hotel
booking etc. The Hotel
in Fornells was everything you said it would be, superb
service, excellent food and beautiful location. Just what we wanted.
The golf tutor, Jane, was as patient as you said she would be (and
she needed to be with my errant drives!). I still need to practice
off the tee but both of us felt that our short game greatly improved.
So very worthwhile. It was also our first visit to this area - we
were enchanted with it and will certainly go back.
One, hopefully constructive, comment on the directions from Barcelona
to Fornells.
I think some of the road numbers have changed since these were printed.
Out of Barcelona it would be as well to advise travellers
to follow signs for the AP2 (lorry route) to Girona. This
leads to the AP7. I don't think the A17 exists any more. Also coming
off the AP7 at junction 6 the C255 seems to have changed to the
C66 (not that this is a problem, as the signs to Palamos are obvious).
In summary, we thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and will
almost certainly book again with you. Our needs might be slightly
different from standard packages - as I assume you can tailor-make
holidays to suit.
Best regards, Neil Mundy & Josephine Morgan" |

"I've just received
my clubs - they're brilliant!!
Thanks!" |

| William W Foord, Supply
Chain Manager - ABB Ltd - May 2006 |
Dear Sirs,
We returned from 5 days in Girona yesterday and I would
be doing everyone at UKSG a disservice if I didn't
write in with the following positive feedback.
4 of us headed off to Girona on 4th May, staying 5 nights
at your Hotel
in Girona and playing rounds at Girona
Golf Club, PGA
Catalonia, Emporda
(Forest Course) and D'Aro
Mas Nou.
The hotel was small, friendly and ideally situated in the middle
of Girona.
We'd hired a car through UKSG and the car park
was 2 minutes from the hotel. The staff were very helpful and
provided a number of recommendations for restaurants, bars, shops
etc., all of which turned up trumps. Girona
is a great, traditional city and doesn't suffer from the tourist
bug. Eating (and drinking) out is very reasonable - 100EUROs for
4 people including two courses, beer, wine and coffee at the better
restaurants and less in others.
As for the golf courses....
Friday - Girona
Golf Club
Located 10 minutes drive from the Hotel, we chose to
play Girona
Golf Club first as we thought it would be lesser of the
courses to play. We were pleasantly surprised to be playing millionaires
golf on a Friday on a lush parkland course, soft but fast greens,
nice food and friendly staff throughout. We played out the first
9 holes and were afforded the flexibility by the pro-shop to put
our second nine back an hour so that we could grab some lunch
in the sun overlooking the 18th (about 2 fourballs finished in
that hour. The second 9 was just as enjoyable, a course that we
will definitely look forward to playing again. Before we left
I called Toby at
UKSG and was delighted to hear that pulled out all the
stops on a last minute plan to see FC
Barcelona the following night and the tickets were waiting
at the hotel.
Saturday - PGA
Catalonia
Located 30 minutes drive from the Hotel. Wow!
- Fantastic course. Super-fast but consistent greens and interesting
holes at every turn. Two of us decided to ignore the local advice
and pull trolleys. The legs are still aching but it was worth
it! Walking the course gives the best opportunity to fully appreciate
it. There was a slight mix up with the tee-times that put our
ability to play and still make it to the match that night in serious
doubt. The golf shop came good and got us an earlier time and
we got round with time to spare. Another definite play-again!
Sunday - Emporda
Forest Course
45 mins. Very interesting course with some odd
features! The greens weren't as quick but had more challenge because
of changes in levels. During play we had a good look at their
Links course and would look to play that one next time.
Monday - Golf
D'Aro Mas Nou
60 mins (difficult to find). Very difficult
for first timers. Narrow fairways bordered by very little rough,
bushes, trees, water (easy I here you cry!) - let me finish....
because there is no ground either - just vertical drops made doubly
difficult by blind shots. The course is 300m above sea level,
very dry and the ball bounces a long way. We found ourselves praying
the ball would find a bunker. Buggies are a must and I would only
recommend it to low handicaps - even they should take plenty of
balls! The staff weren't particularly helpful which was a complete
contrast to the other 3 courses. We wont be going back.
We have already decided to book again for next year with UKSG
but we might have to wait until next year's fixture list is announced!
I have received a letter from you regarding Catalonia
Golf News. Please feel free to utilise any of the above.
Best Regards,
Will Foord; Pat Osborne; Colin Bryant; Mal Esfandiarina"

- Editor of TEETIMES MAGAZINE - 4th April 2006 |
"The choice of 3*
hotel in Estartit proved to be ideal, friendly efficient
and a deceptively good restaurant, the evening meals were very good.
My bunch were a seasoned group of golfers, not the easiest to please,
the view of them all that this was the best trip they had been on,
due in no small means to the efforts of your team.
I have been allotted the task of organising next year again, so
it looks like a return trip to Catalunya,
I will let you know dates when we have our post trip get together.
I will be doing a write up on the trip, I am currently deciding
whether I can get it all in one edition, I think it may stretch
to two, if so, I will do Emporda
and Pals
first, and then PGA
and Mas
Nou, with a mention of UKSG and the Hotel
in both. That is unless you have other ideas, I would be happy to
receive them.
If you need any recommendations at any time, please call me, my
group on this trip are the third that have travelled with you on
my recommendation, and all have been well satisfied.
Once again thanks and best wishes to you both, Jackie & Toby!" |

note to let you know the holiday was excellent! No problems. Hotel
was great , and the courses were first class . We are looking forward
to going back in the future. Best wishes for the coming golf season!" |

| Gareth Farmer, Wickford
Essex - March 2006 |
| "The golf course
was excellent, I was most impressed. The drive was interesting too,
I guess you need to practise a little with the signs within Barcelona
itself. Our proper golf tour is off to Tunisia in April this
year, but we will definitely check your web site for next year's trip." |
| |
| Richard Levy, Hertfordshire
Spetmber 2005 |
"The
holiday was brilliant, everything went very smoothly. We thought
the courses were very good, with PGA
Catalunya by far the best,, it was exceptional. The Zafira
car
hire you provided us with was absolutely brilliant, we
had no difficulties getting our golf clubs in it. We enjoyed the
town of Platja
D’Aro, but we intend to try Girona
next year." |
| |
| Brian Laurence, Carmoustie
Eastenders Golf Society (C.E.G.S) 7th April 2005 |
"A
huge thanks for organising a tremendous tour. I was a bit worried
as I was organising the holiday on behalf of 16 people, but could
not have asked for more. Golf courses were perfect and we had our
main golf competitions on the 3
renowned courses. The coach went down a treat, a total
saviour the drivers were very reliable. The Barcelona
hotel was ideal as well. Anyway thanks again I will pass
on your details to future organisers if we head to the North of
Spain again." |
| |
| D J Anderson, May 2005 |
"I
would like to thank you for your help in arranging this holiday
for both myself and Mr. D. Clark. All went to plan, flight, hotel,
car hire and golf.
We would like a quotation for the same requirements for May 2006!"

"We
have just returned from 4 nights at 4* Hotel
in Pals and we wish to thank you for a lovely relaxing
break. The hotel surpassed our expectations and even though it was
peak season the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the
beautiful pool and the calm atmosphere throughout the building."

"Returned
on Tuesday from another excellent holiday! This 3*
Bronze hotel in Platja
d'Aro was very welcoming and personal service - recommend
to anyone in a first class position. The Costa
Brava Golf courses were in fine condition although Girona
needs some attention.
Thanks to all at UKSG
for the arrangements carried out with your usual efficiency and
personal attention. I have recommended you to several people. Thinking
of Valencia
region for next year also please send me updated newsletters.
Thanks again for everything." |

Mr Allen, Derbyshire,
25th May 2005 |
"We
have just returned and I am calling to tell you that our stay in
the 4
Star Hotel in Salou
was marvellous. We enjoyed the golf courses specifically Costa
Dorada over Bonmont
as the golf course was a little easier for us. We will definitely
be returning back with UKSG
again." |

"It
is just a quick call to say how much we enjoyed our golf holiday
and how well organised it was. The weather was excellent, and the
hotel was great. I’ve never been to the Costa
Brava before, but we will definitely be going back again
next spring" |

and stay at the hotel was first class and everything went without
a hitch, no one had a bad word to say about any part of the holiday.
When we do book again it will be with UKSG.
From all our party thank you very much!" |

Colm Haughey, Secretary,
Craigavon Ambulance Golf Society May 2005 |
"We
have just returned from our golfing trip. A great time was had by
all, the
Salou hotel was good, the food good, the weather was good,
the golf courses good and the golf itself... well, the less said
about that the better, but it was a blast anyway!" |
| |
| Terry Hobday, Map
Ltd, Essex, May 2005 |
"Everything
about the trip to Madrid
was very good. It’s a golf trip that is completely different
to anything that I have experienced on the Spanish costas. Unlike
the golf courses which are full of Brits, and being pushed around
by the course marshals, we were treated like very special VIP guests.
Ok, only a few people spoke English, but we got by. Royal Sociedad
golf course was excellent with a lovely clubhouse, the South course
was in my opinion better than the North, but both courses were very
good. All in all, the trip was very enjoyable and I would have no
hesitation in recommending it to anybody else who would like to
try something very different to the normal golf holiday." |
| |
| Mrs. Gaisman, West
Sussex, 29th April 2005 |
"I came across UKSG through an editorial
article about Begur
in the Sunday
Times where they mentioned your company. Although
we are not golfers, after speaking to you on the telephone, we
were very impressed with your level of expertise of the Begur
area, and we decided to book with you. We have just returned back
yesterday, and I thought it was only fair that I call you, to
tell you, that we had an absolutely superb time.
Everything you told us was perfectly true, the
4* superior hotel was simply first rate. Never have I been
anywhere in the world where I have received such a high level
of service. The breakfast was phenomenal, there was every kind
of freshly prepared and peeled fruit, every type of warm baked
bread, from smoked salmon to various cheeses and hams, cooked
eggs and bacon and champagne, it was incredible.
I have to say that we spend a lot of time travelling through France
and Italy, and we don’t really care much for Spain.
However this is my first time to Catalonia
and clearly Catalonia
is completely different.
We absolutely loved the area and will definitely be going back.
We visited some of the local towns and villages, such as Pals,
Pertallada,
Begur,
and Llafranch,
and they were all enchanting."

outing to Spain last May. I have told them I am more than
happy to make a return visit - if one of them take charge of the
organisation! Can you please send info regarding Golf holidays
for April 2006. Perhaps when they see the brochure one of them
will volunteer to be the co-ordinator!
Our trip to Estartit
was brilliant in every department, cannot praise UKSG
enough. From our Bronze

fantastic!" |

"After
the
Learn to Play Golf weekend I now understand golf theory
and how to put it into practice. Jane (teacher) was very good and
although the course was very intensive there were only four people
in the group so I enjoyed it very much. The 3*
Hotel was very nice and we all had a very enjoyable week.
Thank you UKSG for arrangin the holiday - everything
was perfect! " |

"Just
called to say that we’ve just come home from a Learn
to Play Golf holiday, we’ve never been to the Costa
Brava before, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The 4*
Superior Hotel was wonderful, and on the whole, the holiday
was a great success, me and my wife are thinking of going back again
in September. Jane Fernley, the teaching pro was excellent,
and has got my daughter, who had never played golf before, hitting
3 woods 180 yards by the end of the week! So thanks very much and
I’ll be in touch shortly." |

"We
played Bonmont
Golf Course in the Costa
Dorada twice in 2004 and in our opinion (the Ganstead
Twelve) we suggest that it is the poor man's Augusta beautifully nurtured by the greenstaff and a joy to play in superb
conditions. We will be coming again in 2005 Oct hopefully with increased
numbers. " |

"Thanks for your good wishes re our recent golf trip to Barcelona. Please accept my thanks for all your hard work. Our trip was memorable.
The things that worked well:
1. City Centre Hotel - perfectly adequate for the purpose. Very clean, excellent standard of bathroom and really good breakfast
2. Masia Bach Golf - excellent 5 star course no criticism here
3. Europcar - Good car no problems at all. Would like choice of an automatic car
Best wishes, Pete."

“I
can honestly say this was the best holiday I have ever had, absolutely
brilliant. The golf courses were beautiful. Costa
Dorada was lovely in great condition as was Panoramica
and we really enjoyed Bonmont
too. The hotel you could not
fault. It was absolutely brilliant. The staff was very friendly,
we were given big suite rooms which were excellent. The food was
100% perfect. I have never seen such a big choice for breakfast
everything there that you would want. We had an all inclusive deal
and couldn’t wait to get back to the hotel in the evening
to eat dinner, it was that good. My husband put on 1/2 stone while
we were there! The hotel was excellently located in the quiet end
of Salou walking distance to the beach and shops and the train station
where we went to Barcelona on our golf free day. The Renault Scenic
car was fab. We were four golfers and easily managed to get our
entire luggage into the vehicle golf clubs and suitcases. We loved
the car so much that we have just come home and bought the same
car, we was that impressed. The whole holiday went like clock work
and we can’t wait to go back. We have told so many friends
about UKSG that expect too receive a few phone calls shortly." |

“I
have just returned back from the Hotel
in Llafranch and wanted to tell you that it was excellent. The
room was very good, the food in the hotel was very good and the
service was excellent. They are a very friendly bunch of people
there. The town of the Llafranch was a very nice little spot, the
local countryside is beautiful. The whole golf holiday pacakge was
very good indeed and i just wanted to let you know." |

“Hi
have just returned from a Golf
& spa trip to Peralada. Firstly I would like to highly recommend
the f.f Balneo Great Cloister treatment In the" Gran Claustro"
room. This is mandatory two people, and was by Far the best spa
treatment we have ever experienced, even a surprise Bottle of bubbly
and platter of fresh fruit arrived totally Unexpectedly, to further
enhance our experience. Even beats the Chewton Glen which is world
class, in its self. We will all certainly visit again may be Easter,
or possibly summer season." |

“I
said to my wife that I must call UKSG to tell them about our wonderful
trip. All too often people complain when things go wrong on holiday
and say nothing when things go well. The trip from beginning to
end went perfectly. All the pre-paid vouchers you gave us went so
smoothly. From the Car
to the hotel
and golf
courses, everyone knew UKSG and were very friendly to us. Our
golf
lessons with Vincent the golf pro at Bonmont
Golf were fantastic. Vincent was very patient and an excellent
teacher and really pleasant man. Me and the wife are converted now
and will continue to learn
Golf. The hotel
in Cambrills was excellent with great service and we ate in
some superb
fish restaurants in town. Me and the wife really enjoyed the
whole experience, we were so relaxed when we returned home. UKSG
have organised a superb holiday, Thank you.” |

| Cheryl Stansfield – Swansea Jan

Thank you
for changing our minds and convincing us to spend more money at
stay
at this hotel. Its was really lovely. We were really surprised
just how lovely it was. Its was a very quiet hotel and very Spanish.
The food in the restaurant was very good. The weather for early
January was amazing deep blue skies. We were sitting our most days
for lunch in our tee shirts. Our golf lessons were great. Our pro
was really friendly and very helpful. We loved Bonmont
Golf Course. The whole holiday was really lovely and we just
wanted you say thank you. |

to call to express my gratitude for our golf holiday. Me and my large

whole holiday was superbly organised with no glitches. Everyting went
clockwork from the moment we boarded the plane until, picking up the
car hire, hotel and golf. All very smooth. The lads have had a excellent
week and just cannot work out how UKSG can provide such a great holiday
at such a low price." |

"I feel when I recieve good service I should make my comments
known. The hotel Aiuga Blava in the Costa Brava was absolutely splendid.
We sat on our terrace each morning in wonder at the breath taking
beautiful
scenery. The food at the hotel was very good indeed in fact I would
say marvelous, one night we had pumpkin and mushroom soup which
was so good that I had bought my first ever pumpkin on my return
at an attempt to reproduce the same soup. Surfice to say we were
that impressed we left the very accommodating staff a hefty tip." |

problem at Montanya everything was organised perfectly." |
|
| Roger Bramwell, Essex |
“My son and I
have just had the most fantastic holiday we have ever had. We stayed
at the Santa Anna hotel, which was lovely. The holiday had every
component that you could wish for. We got up in the morning and
had breakfast on the roof terrace at the hotel, then we took off
to the golf courses and played 18 holes, we were stunned by the
beauty of the courses as we have never played on courses of this
quality before. Afterwards we had a beer and a sandwich in the club
house, we then went back to the L' Estartit and went to the beach
for an hour, then a little shopping in the town. Once rested we
went to the excellant par 3 Gualta golf course, me and my son stayed
untill darkness each day having a putting competition. Finally went
back into town had dinner and flopped into bed. Once again its been
an excellantly organised holiday and we will be recommending UKSG
to all my family and friends and will be returning next year for
another holiday.” |

| Vic Mills, Sussex |
“I have
just come back from my golf holiday in the Costa Brava and
we flew with GB Airways. The flight was absolutely delightful.
There was no problem with the golf clubs. The leather seats
were superb very comfortable with plenty of leg room. We really
enjoyed the fine touches, a complementary newspaper and drink
and wine served with the food. The food was very good. The
next time I go I will only fly GB.” |
|

| George Drain, |
I've just like
to express my gratitude for what you did for us. We are delighted
at the
service UKSG provided and we will be recommending you to our
golf friends.
Once again many thanks. Very best wishes. |

tidy and unspoilt. My clients all want to return, in fact two
of them are now looking to buy a house here.” |

"To let you
know I really enjoyed my holiday to the Costa Brava it was
a wonderful golfing holiday and I could not find fault with
anything. The hotel Santa Anna was nice and clean, the owners
were nice and friendly and the courses were excellent I shall
defiantly be going again next year and shall recommend it
to my friends" |

| Mr. Reg Aldridge, Chalfont St Peter |
"I have just
got back from my golf holiday and wanted to let you know what
a great time we had. The golf courses were absolutely superb.
D'Aro was fantastic, it was our favorite course of the week,
and the views were stunning. Pals were superb and PGA Catalunya
was brilliant. All the courses were empty; we had no hassle
and played at our own pace. Our upgrade to a people carrier
car was brilliant, the car was brand new with loads of space,
we traveled in comfort for the whole week, which really made
a difference. Joan Albert at the Santa Anna was excellent
and very helpful in fact all the staff were. Last year I stayed
in a luxury suite in the Caribbean and I can tell you my room
was just as good, the Santa Anna was out of this world, and
was spotlessly clean. This holiday compared to our last golf
holiday in Torrevecca , Alicante was a thousand times better.
I was surprised just how much nicer and greener the Costa
Brava is. We thought the holiday was superb value for money
and we are already planning our return with more people. Thanks
again." |

| Mr. Steve Fitzpatrick, London |
| "I would just like to say thanks
for a brilliantly organised holiday. All the golf courses were
awesome; I just could not believe some of the holes. I thought
the holiday was outstanding value for money. We will defiantly
be going back” |

| Mr. Mark Powell, London |
"PGA Catalunya
– What a course! We were simply in awe of the golf course,
winding holes through the pine trees. The other courses were
fantastic but PGA was a different class. I just could not
get over the courses, I have never putted on greens like that
in my life, they were excellent. I was very impressed with
L’Estartit, we really enjoyed it, I have told my wife
about it and will probably come back with the kids to have
a family holiday here. I was really looking forward to this
holiday, and was not disappointed, I would give it 11/10.” |

| Ms. Diredre Gleadall, Rotherham |
"We have
had a lovely holiday. Everything was very well organized and
went perfectly to plan. The Hotel Santa Anna was so clean!
Our room was pristine. Everyday we returned back to washed
floors, fresh bed linen and laundered towels. I have never
stayed in such a clean hotel. The food in the restaurant was
very good and all the staff were very friendly. Emporda Golf
Course was fabulous and Serres de Pals was nice. We had some
golf lessons with Pedro the PGA Professional at Serres de
Pals. He was a super guy and he really did improve our golf
games during the week. Gualta was a super par 3, we really
enjoyed that. The weather was perfect, warm and sunny, not
to hot for golf. We stayed 1 night in Barcelona in the *2
Hotel Monegal which was very good. Its location was brilliant,
smack bang in the middle of the city. All in all we had a
fantastic holiday. We have already told some of our other
golf friends and we be in touch to organize another return
holiday." |

| Mr. Fin Bejlke, Surrey |
"Bonmont
Golf Resort was absolutely fantastic. The villa we stayed
in was excellent. Just yards from the course we was very pleased.
On most days we had the Bonmont course to ourself’s
it was very quiet. The staff at Bonmont could not have been
friendlier. We also played Panoramica, the Bernard Langer
designed course, it is a good course and the greens were fantastic,
very fast. The best thing about the holiday was the food.
We ate in some superb restaurants in Cambrills, the best of
the bunch was 'Los Manous' in L' Hospitalet. Thank you very
much for a great holiday." |

| John Chillas, PGA |
| “Everyone is getting fed with
the busy golf courses in the Algarve and the Costa del Sol.
We are all looking for new quieter places to play golf. The
Costa Brava provides good golf.” |

| John and Rose O’Connor |
“We had
a wonderful time on the Costa Brava holiday. The hotel was
lovely; The restaurant at Roberts was wonderful. I am coeliac
and therefore need a gluten free diet and they could not have
been more helpful. The golf courses were wonderful; a bit
daunting for old hackers, but the atmosphere and fun amongst
the players was excellent. We shall definitely be going again.
Many thanks to UKSG” |

"We had an excellent
holiday. I was really taken back by the marvelous golf courses.
They were all excellent; they will really take some beating. The
Hotel was nice and our rooms were good. We had great weather for
the week and the food was excellent. The trip was a total success." |

| Chris Howgate, Surrey, Wandgas’ Golf Society
Organiser |
“The pictures
of the hotel on your web site did not really do the hotel justice;
we thought the accommodation was just right for a golf holiday,
good atmosphere, clean, friendly staff, great location right in
the middle of the town, good food, relaxed and sensible. The golf
courses were all very different and very enjoyable. The biggest
surprise of the week was Girona Golf Course where it was supposed
to be the weakest course of the bunch but I thought some of the
views and the balcony at the clubhouse were fantastic! We all enjoyed
the Tapa’s resturant on our final Gala dinner night. Good
wine and a constant flow of tapas, only working out to about £15
a head.
The week was definitely a great success” |

| Tony Skinner, Surrey |
“It was an ideal
golf holiday, better then what I expected, just right for what a
golfer wants. I thought all the golf courses were good, I liked
the fact all the golf clubs were nice to you & good value, which
is a contrast to some of the courses I have played down in the south
of Spain. Some of my friends have just got back from a golf holiday
in the south of Spain and they were complaining about jammed courses
and very high green fees. Three out of the four courses we played
were very quiet, it seemed like we had the whole course to ourselves.
The town of L’Estartit was great fun, I really liked that
you can walk out of the hotel and walk to restaurants, bars and
shops, that’s important, as I once had a golf holiday in Villiamora,
Portugal where I was stuck in 4 star hotel in the middle of nowhere.
The hotel had no atmosphere and there was nothing to do. The holiday
was great fun, I would recommend golfer’s sample your golf
holiday to the Costa Brava, I think they would be pleasantly surprised!” |
